Smooch Repovich Reynolds is a partner for Caldwell Partners (human capital needs consultants) where she leads the firm’s Investor Relations and Communications Practice. She serves companies across a broad range of industries and from pre-IPO to Fortune 500. Prior to joining Caldwell, Smooch was founder and CEO of The Repovich-Reynolds Group, a retained search and management consulting firm. Before that, she had a successful career in public relations and communications with companies including Hill and Knowlton, Inc. and United Cable Television (acquired by Comcast).
