Tim Sedabres, IRC, President

Timothy R. Sedabres is Head of Investor Relations and Director of Corporate Strategy and Director of Corporate Strategy for TCF Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: TCF). TCF is a financial holding company with over $47 billion in total assets and top 10 deposit market share in the Midwest.

Mr. Sedabres leads the company’s Investor Relations function in addition to responsibilities related to Corporate Strategy. Mr. Sedabres joined the company after serving as SVP, Director of Corporate Strategy and Head of Investor Relations for Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC) a $10 billion California based regional bank focused on empowering California through its diverse businesses, entrepreneurs and communities. Previously, he also served as VP of Finance at Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB), a $3 billion market cap company, where he held leadership positions within investor relations, finance and corporate treasury, including serving as IRO for Associated. Mr. Sedabres has been responsible for enterprise-wide stress testing and capital planning in addition to experience in investor relations.

Mr. Sedabres holds a M.B.A from Saint Louis University, a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bradley University, and maintains the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) certification. Mr. Sedabres serves on various committees for Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. He has been recognized by IR Magazine for Best IR by a Small-Cap Company (BANC) in 2017 and was named 2014 Young Professional of the Year by the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce. He was selected as a member of the Think Tank on the Future of Investor Relations, has served on the Annual Conference Committee (ACC) for NIRI National, and has spoken on numerous panels on investor relations topics for NIRI and IR Magazine.

Brooks Rennie, VP, Treasurer

Brooks Rennie, our NIRI Twin Cities Treasurer, is the Head of Investor Relations at Byline Bancorp, Inc. Prior to joining Byline in 2021, Mr. Rennie was the Assistant Vice President, Investor Relations at U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB). Previously, he also served as Officer, Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy Analyst at TCF Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: TCF). Mr. Rennie was the sole analyst on the TCF due diligence team and executed the announcement of a $3.6 billion Merger of Equals (MOE) deal with Chemical Financial Corporation in 2019. He has also executed a $150 million bond transaction in partnership with Investment Banking and Underwriter Counsel teams and debt syndicate/sales desks for TCF Financial Corporation. Mr. Rennie has served on the NIRI Twin Cities chapter board of directors since 2018 as VP, Treasurer. In 2019, he was recognized by NIRI as an individual in the inaugural class of the top “40 Under 40,” which honors the most talented young individuals in the investor relations community in the United States. Mr. Rennie received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Iowa State University – Ivy College of Business.

Peggy James, VP, Marketing/Communications Co-Chair

Peggy is a Sr. Investor Relations Specialist at Polaris Inc. and is responsible for collaborating with and supporting the Investor Relations team in the development and execution of the global investor relations program. Ms. James joined Polaris in 1997 and has worked within Investor Relations in various capacities since 2005. Peggy has served on the NIRI Twin Cities Chapter Board since 2014, prior roles include VP of Programs, Secretary, and Director at Large. Ms. James holds an AA degree in Business Administration from North Hennepin Community College.

Kelly Reisdorf, VP, Advocacy Ambassador

Kelly Reisdorf is NIRI Twin Cities’ Advocacy Ambassador, a position she proudly holds given her passion for advocacy allowing a company’s and industry’s collective voice to be heard, and more importantly, addressing critical issues impacting capital markets and moving them forward. Kelly is the Chief Investor Relations and Communications Officer for Vista Outdoor (NYSE: VSTO). Vista Outdoor is a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer in outdoor sports and recreation. The company operates in two segments, Shooting Sports and Outdoor Products, and has well-recognized brands that provide consumers with a range of performance-driven, high-quality and innovative products.

Ms. Reisdorf leads the company’s Investor Relations, Government Relations, Media Relations and Corporate Communications functions. Her focus is on bringing together awareness, product value and differentiation for both investors and customers. Kelly previously served as Vista Outdoor’s Vice President, Investor Relations and Vice President, Information Technology.

Kelly holds an MBA in Accounting from Capella University, a BA from Bethel University, and has attended numerous executive programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management focused on Organizational Change Management, and at Harvard Business School in Sustainable Business Strategy.

Lori Lauber, VP, Special Events

Lori A. Lauber is a Senior Director at Broadridge Financial Solutions. A 25-year veteran of the financial services industry, she is responsible for the strategic development of transfer agency and corporate action services.

Broadridge is a global Fintech leader and S&P 500® company who as the leading proxy solutions provider, and fastest growing transfer agent, is uniquely positioned to help public companies get ahead of today’s challenges and capitalize on what’s next.

Prior to joining Broadridge, Lori worked in a variety of divisions at Wells Fargo including: Vice President Shareowner Services sales officer, Senior Treasury Management sales officer, Foreign Exchange and International sales officer, Treasury Management product management, Institutional Trust sales officer, and Wholesale Customer Strategies consultant, where she supported all wholesale business channels.

Lori holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business. She has also completed additional graduate work towards a Master of International Management degree.

Lori is involved in the community, having served on various fundraising committees for the Junior League of Minneapolis, Friends of the Minnesota Orchestra, the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery, Minnesota Public Radio, Camp Courage, and the Minnesota Zoo. She was a co-chair for the 2007 Make-A-Wish 25th Anniversary Gala and Chair for the 2013 Harvesting Hope Event benefitting the Minneapolis Crisis Nursery. Lori has previously served on the board for the One Percent Club and Friends of the Minnesota Orchestra and the Junior League of Minneapolis Sustainer Management Board of Directors. She currently sits on the Education & Networking Committee for the Shareholder Services Association and the Development Committee for the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery.

Darin Norman, VP, Marketing/Communications Co-Chair

Darin co-chairs NIRI Twin Cities’ Marketing/Communications Committee. He is currently the Senior Investor Analyst on the Investor Relations team at Xcel Energy, a Fortune 300 electricity and natural gas company with operations in 8 states. He has served on the NIRI Twin Cities board and its Membership Committee since 2014. He was actively involved in the development of testing materials for NIRI’s investor relations certification program, which was launched in 2015. In 2019, he was recognized by NIRI as a member of its “40 Under 40” program.

Sam Gibbons, VP Programs Co-Chair

Sam Gibbons is the co-chair of NIRI Twin Cities’ programming committee and currently serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations at Vireo Health International, Inc. (CNSX: VREO) (OTCQX: VREOF), one of the nation’s leading cannabis companies. He joined the company in January 2019 after spending ten years in investor relations and corporate finance working primarily with consumer retail and industrial manufacturing companies across North America. Prior to joining Vireo, Sam served as Vice President at Chicago-based Alpha IR Group, where he was part of the agency’s senior leadership team. During Sam’s tenure at Alpha, the firm rapidly expanded its client roster and grew revenue by approximately 320 percent to become the largest IR-only focused agency in the Midwest, and a top-10 IR firm in the United States. Sam completed his undergraduate studies at Boston University’s School of Management and Communication.

Patrick Tracey, VP, Programs Co-Chair

Patrick Tracey is the co-chair of NIRI Twin Cities’ programming committee and currently serves as Director, Business Development at Morrow Sodali. He was previously with with Carta, Inc. In his current role, Pat is responsible for business development within the US corporate issuer community.

Previously, Pat led business development for public and private companies for transfer agent, stock plan and related governance and compliance programs for Computershare. Pat spent many years at ChaseMellon Shareholder Services where he focused on insurance, bank and credit union demutualization, among other areas. Pat began his career at Morrow and Co.

Pat is a former President of NIRI’s largest chapter, NIRI New York, and was a member of the NIRI Annual Conference Committee in 2018. He is a board member of the Crowdfunding Professional Association.

He holds a BS in Management from New York University.

Andy Hedberg, CFA, VP, Sponsorship

Andy joined Ecolab in 2016 and is responsible for helping to develop and execute the global investor relations program for Ecolab. The primary objectives of the Investor Relations team are to serve as a resource for institutional investors to obtain information that enables them to make informed investment decisions regarding our shares, to improve Wall Street coverage and maintain a premium stock price based on earnings quality, consistency and transparency. From 2013-2016 Andy was an Equity Research Analyst at Citadel Investment Group in Chicago where he was responsible for research coverage of financial institutions (commercial banks and insurance companies) and helped to manage a $1.3 billion market neutral equity fund. While at Citadel, he was charged with generating investment ideas by focusing on identifying idiosyncratic elements of business models where underlying value and market prices were materially different. From 2008-2013 Andy was a Senior Equity Research Associate with RBC Capital Markets in Minneapolis. At RBC, he led a team that wrote research reports on publicly traded commercial banks for intuitional investors. He was recognized by the Financial Times as having the most accurate earnings estimates on Wall Street for U.S. commercial banks. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College (2008) where he majored in Financial Economics and Business Management. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Heather Davis is a Director at Large focusing on programs. Her background includes successfully building and leading several IR programs in the consumer and technology spaces at Buffalo Wild Wings and Groupon. Previously she worked in Finance at Ecolab and Lawson Software.

Ms. Davis holds a M.B.A and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Carlson School of Management at The University of Minnesota. She currently serves as Member at Large for the Twin Cities Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). She has been a speaker at the NIRI National conference and is a member of NIRI Senior Roundtable.

Bernadette McCormick, At-Large Director

Bernadette McCormick, a native of Thailand, and as a 22-year veteran of NIRI Twin Cities Board of Directors, Bernadette has held several roles: President, VP of Membership, Programs, VP of Marketing, and VP of Sponsorship.

Her contribution to the chapter includes the creation and facilitation of “NIRI Twin Cities Large Cap Senior Circle” which provides a private forum each quarter for IROs from local top large cap companies to peer counsel confidentially as well as leading the chapter to many service and excellence awards. She has been repeatedly selected by the board as “Volunteer of the Year” for both chapters. Bernadette is also an officer of NIRI Virtual Chapter (second largest NIRI chapter) where she has spent years running the chapter’s functions in various capacities. Her forte is board recruitment and retention for both chapters, ensuring optimum and positive engagement for the board and members.
