Bernadette McCormick, a native of Thailand, is the Regional Manager of the Minneapolis Business Wire bureau, which covers Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota. She has been with the company for 19 years, serving locally to maintain relationships with IR and corporate communications professionals, and nationally, as VP of Strategic Relations.  As a 17-year veteran of NIRI Twin Cities Board of Directors, Bernadette has served in several capacities: as President, VP of Membership, Programs, VP of Marketing, and VP of Sponsorship. Her contribution to the chapter includes the creation and facilitation of “NIRI Twin Cities Large Cap Senior Circle” which provides a private forum each quarter for IROs from local top large cap companies to peer counsel confidentially.

Heide K. Erickson is the Director of Investor Relations at Capella Education Company—a position she has held since she joined the company in 2005, a year before Capella’s initial public offering. Prior to joining Capella, Erickson was also the lead investor relations professional in a number of high-tech and consumer companies, including Entegris, Inc. and Jostens, Inc. Erickson has extensive investor relations experience including with Initial Public Offerings, merger of equals, leverage buy-outs, acquisitions and proxy contests. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Twin Cities National Investor Relations Institute. Erickson earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Minnesota and a Master of International Business from the University of St. Thomas.

Jeff Huebschen

Jeff Huebschen is a long-time member of NIRI and the Twin Cities chapter and has served on the chapter’s board since 2011. He was chapter President from 2016 to 2018 and previously served as the chapter’s Treasurer and Vice President of Sponsorships.

Jeff has extensive experience in investor relations, strategic communications, finance, and corporate strategy. Currently he serves as Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications for Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: APOG). Previously he was Director of Investor Relations for G&K Services, a business services company with a $2 billion enterprise value (now a part of Cintas Corporation). Prior to joining G&K Services, Jeff led investor relations for Alliant Techsystems, a Fortune 500 aerospace and defense company (NYSE: ATK, now a part of Northrup Grumman).

Before joining Alliant, Jeff was a senior consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s strategy and operations practice. He also served four years as an officer in the U.S. Army. He earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and also holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.

Bill Seymour

Bill is a senior advisor of Four Hills Advisors. He has over 20 years of business and global multi-sector Investor Relations experience. Bill has led award winning investor relations teams in the technology, industrials and retail industries. He has extensive experience in M&A, C-Suite transitions, product/technology introductions, investor activism, analyst days, investor story rebranding and crisis communications. Bill’s latest corporate role was with Valspar Corporation as Vice President of Investor Relations, Communications and Finance. Prior to that he was V.P. Investor Relations and Finance Operations at Best Buy Corporation. Bill also was global V.P. of Investor Relations at Nokia Corporation and IR Manager at Norwest Corporation. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in European History from the University of Puget Sound and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.

Peggy is the Investor Relations Specialist at Polaris Industries Inc.  She has supported Investor Relations since 2005 and since joining the company in 1997 has supported several key executives including the President & COO, V.P. of Finance & CFO and V.P. of Sales, Service & Marketing.  During her tenure at Polaris, the company has experienced tremendous growth reaching a market cap of $10 billion.  Prior to joining Polaris, Peggy worked at the City of Mound in Planning & Zoning.

Tony Riter joined 3M in May of 2017 as Investor Relations Manager. Prior to joining 3M, Tony served as investor relations manager and marketing manager from 2015 to 2017 for St. Jude Medical, now Abbott. Before St. Jude Medical, Tony work at Boston Scientific for over 7 years in investor relations, marketing, strategy and business development. He started his career at 3M working as a researcher and intellectual property manager in 3M’s healthcare business. Tony holds bachelor degrees in Biology and Physiology from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. He also holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) credential from the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

Jack joined Cardiovascular Systems in March 2014. He has over 20 years of investment and investor-related experience. Prior to joining Cardiovascular Systems, Jack served as director, investor relations at Xcel Energy from 2007 to 2014. Previously, he was director of finance at Regis Corporation. Jack began his career as a securities analyst, covering high growth, small-cap companies for Twin Cities-based investment banks. Nielsen earned a bachelor of science in management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an MBA in finance from the University of St. Thomas. He has been an Investor Relations Charter holder since April 2016.

Robinson in 2016, she served as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst / Associate at Optum (UnitedHealth Group). She earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas.

Lori A. Lauber is a Senior Director for Broadridge Financial Solutions. A 25-year veteran of the financial services industry, she is responsible for the strategic development of transfer agency and corporate action services.

Prior to joining Broadridge, Lori worked in a wide variety of Wells Fargo’s divisions, most recently serving as vice president and sales officer in the Shareowner Services division. Other positions during her tenure include: Senior treasury management sales officer, Foreign Exchange and International sales officer, treasury management product management, Institutional Trust sales officer, and Wholesale Customer Strategies Cross-Sell consultant, where she supported all wholesale business channels in identifying cross-sell opportunities to fit each customer’s unique needs.

Lori earned her Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in marketing from the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business, and has completed additional graduate work toward a Master of International Management degree.

Lori is involved in the community, having served on various fundraising committees for the Junior League of Minneapolis, Friends of the Minnesota Orchestra, the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery, Minnesota Public Radio, Camp Courage, and the Minnesota Zoo. She was a co-chair for the 2007 Make-A-Wish 25th Anniversary Gala, and Chair for the 2013 Harvesting Hope Event benefitting the Minneapolis Crisis Nursery. Lori has previously served on the board for the One Percent Club and Friends of the Minnesota Orchestra and the Junior League of Minneapolis Sustainer Management Board of Directors.

She currently resides on the Education & Networking Committee for the Shareholder Services Association.

Brad is currently the director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Donaldson. He joined Donaldson after an extensive career in finance and operations with prominent retailers, including Target Corporation and Macy’s. At Donaldson, Brad is directly responsible for all aspects of the company’s investor relations program, including developing earnings release materials and conference call scripts, defining and executing a robust outreach program, and maintaining strong relationships with buy- and sell-side analysts in the financial community. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Brad currently sits on the Board of Directors of Venture Academy (a public charter school in Minneapolis), where he serves in the role of Board Treasurer. Brad holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and a MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Andy joined Ecolab in 2016 and is responsible for helping to develop and execute the global investor relations program for Ecolab. The primary objectives of the Investor Relations team are to serve as a resource for institutional investors to obtain information that enables them to make informed investment decisions regarding our shares, to improve Wall Street coverage and maintain a premium stock price based on earnings quality, consistency and transparency. From 2013-2016 Andy was an Equity Research Analyst at Citadel Investment Group in Chicago where he was responsible for research coverage of financial institutions (commercial banks and insurance companies) and helped to manage a $1.3 billion market neutral equity fund. While at Citadel, he was charged with generating investment ideas by focusing on identifying idiosyncratic elements of business models where underlying value and market prices were materially different. From 2008-2013 Andy was a Senior Equity Research Associate with RBC Capital Markets in Minneapolis. At RBC, he led a team that wrote research reports on publicly traded commercial banks for intuitional investors. He was recognized by the Financial Times as having the most accurate earnings estimates on Wall Street for U.S. commercial banks. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College (2008) where he majored in Financial Economics and Business Management. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Emily Ryan is a Vice President and sales executive for EQ Shareowner Services. She is responsible for business development across the Midwest. Prior to moving into her current role, Emily led marketing and communications for the business since 2009. EQ, known for delivering best-in-class transfer agent and corporate action services, is the second largest transfer agent in the U.S. EQ serves issuers and shareholders from its operational headquarters in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. Emily earned a master of business communication degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She also has a bachelor of arts degree in communications from St. Cloud State University.
